Casa Dorada is a beautiful resort. The well-appointed one bedroom suite was very spacious with a fabulous view of the pools and beach. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, although not always well organized (ex-only one ping pong ball for the whole resort caused the ping pong table to be off limits several days when the ball got lost).

The biggest drawback of Casa Dorada was the close proximity to Mangos Bar. We were unable to sleep with our door open due to how loud and annoying Mangos was, even later in the evening. Even during the day when we took a leisurely stroll along the beach the highly annoying "DJ" at Mangos was often screaming about winning free shots. Despite the fabulous hotel, I would think twice about going back to Casa Dorada with my family due to the location. If you're looking for a spring break feel all year round, the location is perfect for you.

What a good surprise! The ocean view suite was great with its spacious layout and terrace. Each morning started beautifully with a amazing continental breakfast right on the beach. The staff was friendly. Being steps away from an amazing beach was a true highlight.

I was disappointed by the restrictions on visiting. My child at a nearby hotel couldn't come to see me, upsetting. The lack of room service and inability to take food to my room made meals uncomfortable, forcing us to eat in the heat. The inconsistency in water availability in the mini fridge was frustrating.

Every visit to Cabo San Lucas we like to stay here. The hotel is gorgeous, has superfriendly staff who provided fantastic service. The location is marvellous and the best, 1 mile from a world-class destination marina. The property is close to eateries and bars. The building is nice, the room is reasonably large.

The rooms were very comfortable. Staff was excellent.

Unfortunately, the location of the resort is such that they are a few tacky vendors located just in the front obscuring a good portion of the ocean front view. The associated noise can also be an issue.

Family with children will love this place

The staff treated us like royalty, especially this lifeguard named Luis were really good for our kids. The view from our balcony was amazing, and we ended up watching some amazing fireworks right from our room.

It wasn't cheap but honestly, it was acceptable for what we got.

Everything was beautiful, the hotel, tha staff, the location, the breakfast and the most beautiful of all was pool bar.

We loved our time here! Every morning, Emilio greeted us at the pool and made sure we had everything we needed, while we enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and relaxing massages. The beach area was a bit crowded with vendors, but it didn't take away from how amazing our stay was 😄

The kids loved the giant pools while my wife and I enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from our Junior Suite. The location was perfect, great to easily explore local restaurants and the lively beach atmosphere.

My children wanted more accessible activities near the main pool.

The beachfront location is ideal, offering fine views and easy access to a swimmable beach. The attentive staff, especially the lifeguard was good. The Junior Suite was spacious, and the room cleanliness was commendable. The minibar was overstocked with drinks, and some needed snacks were missing, slightly detracting from the experience.
